The Western Azerbaijan Community calls on the European Union to stop trying to prevent peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
In an interview with Radio Liberty on December 12, 2023, the President of the European Council, Charles Michel committed discrimination on ethnic and religious grounds.
Speaking about the problem of national minorities, Michel widely touched upon the issue of the return of ethnic Armenians to Azerbaijan, without saying a word about the need for the return of Azerbaijanis expelled from Armenia.
“Such a discriminatory position of the European Union contradicts human rights and negatively affects the process of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia”
