Western Azerbaijan Community

Council of Intellectuals – A consultative collegial institution within the Western Azerbaijan Community. The council is composed of a President, two Vice Presidents, and members. The President, Vice Presidents, and council members are appointed and relieved of their duties for a five-year term by the Executive Committee. Elkhan Huseynov leads the Council of Intellectuals.
