Has called irresponsible the statements of the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan about the provisions in the Constitution and legislative acts of Azerbaijan that are supposedly subject to change.

“It seems that Alen Simonyan, like Vardan Oskanyan, still lives in a parallel world of his own fantasies. Instead of talking idle talk about the victorious country Azerbaijan, it is better for Simonyan to continue talking about, in his own words, the 'smiley-like' lion on the coat of arms of Armenia”
